PH going to high during the day

i hope someone here can help me with this issue, in the morning my PH is at 8.23 but when the lights come on the PH start to rise up to 8.52 and that's a lot to me, how can i control this PH from rising?? thanks

Did u test the ph level or using the apex ph probe?

yes i use probe, new apex about 3 months old

i will calibrate the PH probe again and will see

During the winter it's hard to get ph that high
I have been trying to get mines over 8.2 for the pass 3 months
Basement sump

I would take some water to the pet shop to cross check your reading

I'd check that reading against a test kit with a known reference (ie Seachem).

I can also bring a little water + the ph probe to one of us and we can double check that too
