PH swings...

The PH in my tank goes from 7.95 to 8.2 during a 24 hour period...it rises while the lights come on and drops during the night. I have the fuge lights come on at night, as i've heard that helps. I also dose Kalk water with a dosing pump to keep up with evaporation. This pattern has been like this since the tank has been set up 3-4 months ago. Is this an acceptable range, or should I try and get it more stable. If so, how?

Mines very similar but more like 8.1 during the day....

Pretty normal for the most part. Mine stays between 8.25 and 8.3, but I have dosing pumps dosing ALK during the night.

From everything I've read a .2 swing is acceptable/normal. My swings are usually around .1 to .15. And your pH looks fine.
