Pinky filter floss

Anybody use this and if so thoughts, comparisons, issues?
Seems a lot more economical

The same blue/white roll is available for the same price on ebay. Only concern I have is that it claims the pink side captures more debris, might clog faster too.

I use it, i just change out the pad once a week it,works fine for me

Why not just use filter socks? They are reusable cheap and last a long time.

My sump isn't designed for filter stocks it was used from my fresh water days
