Pistol Shrimp

This guy needs ritalin! Do they ever sleep? How can one tiny shrimp move so much sand? :shout: Does it ever stop? Will he/she ever set up house and sit on a rocker on the porch?

I had a huge pistol shrimp

When i first put him my tank, he spent the first few days digging burrows all over. After he was happy with what he made he just traveled through all his holes.

Mine seems to settle down every once in awhile. Then one day I will have a large area disturbed again.

I have 2 of them and they are like a dang construction crew...Theyre so fun to watch

Ours iis a nomad. Sometimes he'll stay in one place for as long as 2 weeks or so, but then he and his roommate move on.
