I would worry about this one. The seller can't even spell platinum correctly.

:lol2:So you are saying I should sell some of my stuff cause I can't spell either...:lol2:

Can't be that bad. You spelled platinum correctly. Things like this bug me for some reason. :)

Same here. I try not to let it bother me, but it still does. (I have just learned not to say anything about it. Not worth offending somebody by being the board grammarian.)

Harder to find bidders if the item title is not spelled correctly.

Of course this could be the ultra-super-rare "Pla-TIN-e-yum" clowns that are 10 times more rare than Platinums ;)

Seriously though, the bids may have gone higher still if the seller had spelled it properly.

I'm with you Jonathan. My spelling sucks, but if I want to attract a buyer to my product, I can manage to spend 2 seconds and run a spell check. Laziness does affect our perception of the product, regardless of whether it is justified or not. Not to mention on ebay potential buyers might not even find that in their searches.

Grammarian usually has little to contribute to a discussion and possesses few effective weapons. To compensate, he will point out minor errors in spelling and grammar. Because of Grammarian's obvious weakness most Warriors ignore him.

I love this website: http://redwing.hutman.net/~mreed/">http://redwing.hutman.net/~mreed/</a>

Everybody you've ever met on an internet forum can be found on that site ;)

I would venture a guess: between 5 and 1 million. I am leaning towards one million since he lost count after 4.

LoL.. How funny.. More than 4.. Huge numbers there, no wonder he lost count..some of the stuff in ads on ebay are just instant classics..
