Please knock on the door or call when you are at the store. As an added measure, we are locking our door to keep away non essential traffics. Many folks still used us as Georgia Aquarium. We want to ensure everyone welcome but at a time like this we need to cut down unnecessary traffic to 0 to decrease the possibility of infection. We tried very hard to be a responsible establishment. Thank you for your understanding.

Give them a call. I don't know for sure what county they are in but it's my understanding that pet stores are able to stay open during most 'shelter-in-place' orders because they sell items necessary for the care of animals. i.e. they are considered essential and aren't required to close. However, it does sound like they are going to be locking their doors so cut down on random foot traffic so just call ahead.

Yes, you can get in if you are a customer. We also offered curb side service as well if you rather stay in your car parked in front of the store, we will bring the goods out to you. Gwinnett County is in lock down but all essential businesses can be remained opened as of now. It was our idea to locked the door because we still have lots of people that have nothing to do with the hobby wanting to look and asked questions. Those people is beyond my comprehension at a time like this.
