So I have the 120 running but have slow drips from underneath where the flex hose is clamped to the bulkheads from my Deep Blue 120. The flex hose fits just a little loose on the bulkhead drains from the tank so I used the plastic clamps to clamp them to the bottom of the bulkhead. Is there another way to connect the flexhose?

you could always glue it to the pipe but then you wouldn't be able to remove it. I have the same flexhose and ended up using glue to avoid the leaks and will deal with having to remove it when ever I have to break it down.

What kind of plastic clamp? I have mine secured with these...

I have a deep blue 30 and ended up replacing the bulkheads and using hose barb adapters. I thought the DB bulkheads were pretty cheap. Let me know if you want some pictures...

Yes going to replace the plastic with some stainless hose clamps and use some plumbers tape.

Same here...I have a couple of the 24x24x12 Deep Blue tanks and I replaced the included bulkheads after the included ones leaked from being new. They really are pretty cheap. Replaced them with Pentair inside threaded bulks, then used a nylon 1" male threaded x 1.25" barbed fitting from Home Depot, which fits the flex tube Darren has perfectly. The flex tube has an ID of 1.25".
