Polarized Lens?

I took two photos of the tank with my iPhone. The first one was taken with just the iPhone and the second was taken with the lens of my iPhone through my polarized sunglasses.

I dont think the polarization had anything to do with the difference. I think the tinting just helped your phones autocolor out.
 
I do the same thing. Use my Costa 580P glasses and removes all glare. Best sunglasses on the market.
 
Wow. Going to have to give that a try.
