Pom-Pom Crab aka Boxing Crab

Thinking of buying couple of these guys, would this a good crab for reef aquarium, it says reef compatibility with Caution, also does these bother fishes/invertebrates, any thoughts :unsure: ?

If your tank is larger than 2 gallons you will never see it.

Keep in mind those "Pom pom's" are actual anemones and can sting things in the tank. So if the crab hangs out in an acro colony like many of my emeralds do, there may be damage done.

I love those!! But you'd need a pico to enjoy it.

Awesome critters, never had any issues with them but I do agree if you have anything over 10g you will never see them.

that said, Im looking for 2 of them for my sisters nano

Here is mine in a 29 gallon biocube. Never had any trouble out of him and he even come's ou tto say hey every now and then like in this picture.
