Powerheads?

Do yall think it is better to run multiple powerheads in a small system(29g for me) or use one larger powerhead?
Ex. 2xTunze 6025 (total 1320gph) or 1xTunze 6045(1189gph)

Multiple power heads with them on and off sequentially. That way, it would mimic a wave.

At the very least running two smaller ones would provide random flow which is the best!

I have a 29 with an MJ 606 on one side and a korilia nano on the other. Wave makers aren't for me with a college dorm tank so that works enough for me.

I would agree...the more random flows that you can create the better..cross flows are a plus for a few heads. ya gotta post some picks of your build soon!!!

I have been taking pics along the way, but it is coming along slower than I wanted it to. As soon as I get water in it and cycling I will start a thread.
