Predator Tank set up

I have a 125 reef tank now and am thinking of getting another tank and doing a predator tank. I have a question though should I put sand in the bottom or leave it glass bottom? what would be the best cleanup crew to put in it. I am planning on putting a porcipine puffer, an eel, and maybe a trigger.. any suggestions from you experienced guys or gayls would be great?? The tank I am thinking about getting will be a 110 or 125.

Glad to see another northeat georgian is into reefing. Sorry, I pretty new at this so I don't have any advice for ya. Let me know if you have any frags that you want to get rid of.
