I just picked up a 65 gallon that i will plumb into my existing 220 display. 180 sump system.
I have a Dwarf lion in my reef display and looking to put him into the 65 along with a few cool looking bad *** fish.
Groupers all need a much larger tank- any sugertions?

Some good reading here, there are a couple of members here that belong to both forums. alot of info about venomous fish.

X2. Greg and Renee really know what they are talking about as well as alot of other good folks. I am in the process of converting my 33g long into a dwarf predator tank once my 90g build is complete (hopefully it will be cycling this month). I have been doing research research on there and it has been a great resource.

Triggers, anglers, stone fish, kling fish, dwarf eels.

Just remember those fish are VERY dirty so if youre plumbing it into a reef be ready for a big increase in bio load.

Triggers will eat the spines on a lionfish and will outgrow a 65g. Anglers are best in a species only tank. They have a very large mouth and can eat a 5-6 inch yellow tang very easily. Everything else that Ender suggested should work as long as they are the smaller of the versions.
