Who has used it and why did you use it?

I use it for freshwater dechlorination. I have seen it used to detoxify ammonia at Keen Reef when I helped unpack and tank a shipment of fish and corals.

I used it to get bleach off my hands after working with it.

I use it on my fresh water tanks new water,and I used it on my salt tank when I first started it up to lower nitrates ,worked good but im still just about a year in salt so dont listen to me!

It has all kinds of uses.

Dechlorinate tap water in an emergency (ie water change needed and you have no RO ready).

Binds ammonia and nitrite if you have a mishap in your tank.

Stops bleach in its tracks - whether you're bleaching filter socks or decapsulating brine shrimp eggs.

IMO everybody should have some in their "tank emergency kit."
