If you ever doubted the customer service Neptune Systems provides (I'm sure few do), DON'T! After a stupid mistake by me, my Apex quit working. One phone call and 30 minutes later, I'm back up and running as if nothing ever happened thanks to the Neptune Team!! Invaluable customer service in my mind!!
