protein skimmer help

my protien skimmer was working fine but now it is not creating a bubble column and also i cant get the water level to the line it says it needs to be at

My air tube where it connects to the pump clogs occasionally and degrades performance. Probably worth taking apart and cleaning it just to make sure.
