A acroholic Active Member Lifetime Messages 5,661 Reaction score 0 Sep 21, 2010 #5 I paint mine black because I don't want to see the light/powerhead cords hanging down behind the tank, and the paint on the wall behind the tank, etc. You won't get complete coverage of the back most times, so the black just gets whatever doesn't get covered in coralline.
