Anyone know where I can get some? Similar to what they use to trim houses with. I'm looking for a piece 4'x2'x1/2" that I can place at the bottom of my steel stand, to go under the sump. I was going to just use ply, but I think this would be better. Unless someone can suggest something else.

a> not far from you they carry the Azek brand of cellular core pvc board.

If HDPE or polypropylene is an option you could also go to Grainger:

PVC would be good, because you can use PVC cement to make sides and kind of make a "tub" for it. HDPE can't be glued by anything. It has to be fused with heat.

yeah, i like the idea of pvc better. HDPE might end up being too rigid causing excess vibration from pumps and such.

Edit: Carolina Lumber, which grouper therapy suggested, only does pvc 1/2" 4x8 sheets for $106. Does anyone else need some of this?

This is where we get all of our Azek. I have a 4x8 sheet at the shop but its 1 1/4 thick. LMK if I can help, Dixie is wholesale only I think.
