PVC glue?

Building my first tank and I am to the point where I can cement am the PVC together. I pulled out the standards PVC primer and glue but stopped.

Is there a special type of glue that has to be used? Will any regular PVC primer and glue be OK? It is good enough for drinking water but got to thinking the standards stuff might not be good for a tank.

regular PVC primer and glue is ok, just let it dry completely before running the tank
