I have a fish that’s been in QT for more than 30 days. For a variety of reason I elected to not use copper this time and only general cure at the beginning of the cycle. Since the fish has been in QT for 30+ days can I be sure that it doesn’t have Ick? I think general cure kills velvet and the other big diseases.

If you have tangs I don't think the system will ever be 100% ick free. Velvet and Uronema are my biggest concerns. Normally at that amount of time those would have reared their heads by now.
Personally it wouldn't bother me to add the fish at this point. But it's still a risk and only you know if you're willing to take it.

Chloroquine Phosphate is an alternative to copper. Could also drop a molly in there?
