Quarantine CUC?

So I've been on the fence about ordering some snails (particularly a few nassarius vibex), hermits, and copepods from reefcleaners.org and I was wondering if folks recommend putting them into the tank after acclimating them or putting them in quarantine for 6-8 weeks.

Also, is there a chance the Nassarius snails will prey on sick, injured, or dying fish, or are those the welks that I should watch out for?

I made a snail order from them. I would honestly order 1/2 of the tank size they recommend. They easily doubled my order and what I have read from others, that is their standard practice.

In regards to your question about the N. Vibex. If the fish is still moving at all, I don't think they could eat it. But if it's laying on the ground, I assume they would.

I have not quarantined CUC's, dont think it's necessary. I have ordered from RC sevral times over the years and never had any concerns.

Some fish parasites can be transferred in via invertebrates so it is good general practice to QT them (although most people don't). However, I am pretty sure that John (reefcleaners.org) doesn't keep his inverts in a system that also houses fish. I pretty confident that his samples would be ich cyst-free.
