question on 40 Breeder

Hey

I am trying to find out if 40B's have tempered sides? If there are some manufacturers that make them with tempered glass and some that don't please let me know which ones come in non-tempered sides.

BTW....... looking at it from a sump perspective

My 40 breeder was not tempered. It's been drilled twice.

Is it drilled on the sides or the bottom?? Do you know the brand of tank?

my 40 is drilled on the side, i don't think sides are tempered, it is possible that the bottom is.

bought is from a member who bought it from a store going out of business.. wish it was on the bottom or backside tho, but I have dealt with it since Jan '09 so I can't complain.

Mine has 2 holes one of the long side and one on the short side. No bottom hole.

Mine was cut in the bottom when I bought mine used. So no tempered there.
