question on curing rock?

I bought a good bit of Tonga branch and BRS dry rock.
I was wondering if I needed to put it in a 55 gallon drum with a power head and put 1/2 old tank water and let it sit before I add it in my tank?
Or just rinse rock off with RO water and add to tank?

Nope , They say it was live at one time but they dry it out and ship dry?
I was thinking adding seachem stability and tank water to try and get it started.

When in doubt, you can always bleach it all first, let it dry, and then soak/seed it with good bacteria. You never know what evils have left their seed on that rock.
