Question on Dosing Buffer (Dosing Pump/Kalk)

I have decided to purchase a bubble magus doser to stabilize my alk, ca, and mg. I have been dosing alk and ca by hand. (seachem reef carbonate and reef complete). I also have kalk on an ato (this aids in the dosing and keeps ph up). My question is since I use seachem reef carbonate to raise alk without effecting ph would I be better off removing the kalk from the ato and just let the doser control alk/ph or just let the doser replace the manual dosing and leave the kalk on the ato?
