Question on full spectrum LED's or just blue/white combo

I am looking to buy a set of LED's but with all the options out there (which is almost overwhelming) what have you guys seen the best result out of...growth and color wise? The full spectrum LED's or the blue/white combo?

I got good growth out of a DIY blue/white kit. But color was lacking at times. I currently run a Kessil A360W and couldn't be happier. Haven't had it long enough to be definitive about growth. My blastos have double in heads over the last few months but I swapped tanks at the same time I swapped lights. Lot of other great options out there too including more budget conscious choices.
