Question on LED lighting

I'm waiting for the arrival of my 24'' X 24'' X 16h cube. In the mean time, I'm making a LED light system for my tank and stumped across a few questions.

Instead of using the expensive and microprocessor intensive high power LEDs (1-5w), I opted for 10mm 465nm ones instead.

There will be 900 of them, all 465nm in wave length, in a 24'' X 24'' configuration, all mounted in a custom canopy. Is there any conversion for this in respect to PAR, MHI wattage equivalence, or lux? I'm trying to find the candlelight rating and covert it into lux right now but can't find the data.

Would this be sufficient lighting for the tank?

All the LEDs together pulls 55.5w, total area of light distribution is 4 sq/ft, 1 lumen = 0.0015W

The unit puts out 37000 lumens per 4sq ft of area.

1 Lumen/sq ft = 10.76396 Lux.
37000/4 X 10.76396 = 99,566.63 Lux ??

On a cloudless mid-summer day on the reef, it measures around 120,000 Lux (surface).

I'm going to invest in a dimmer.
