Question on processing my own food

I normally buy several types of seafood, run it through the belnder with some tank water and then freeze it. Should I rinse the mix with a sieve to get most of the juice out before freezing?

I mix various types of seafood (mostly rinsed), add selcon, beta-clucan, and garlic. No water. Stir in together. Portion in ice cube trays, cover tops with 1/8 inch layer of ro water and freeze. Unless you are adding vitamins, don't refreeze.
