Is it ok to mix carbon and phosguard in the same bag to put in the tank? Thanks for the help.

I can't see why not. If they have the same replacement schedules, and they're rinsed well....

<span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="color: #333333;">Aluminum oxide based products should not be used to remove phosphates as they can leach Aluminum back into your tank & cause issues. You should only use GFO or iron based products such as ROWA, Warner, Phosban.</span></span>
