just did water change. filled up with new salt water and turned on pumps. now chamber 2 is only half full. should it be completely full or what> when i look down in 3 there is a little cut of window into chamber 2. should water be coming through there or should it be below that window> does that make sense to anyone. my tank in chamber 2 sounds like water is running never done that before and i've done many water changes. please someone help
