Quick question

When I had my 26 gallon bowfront, I had a bad ich breakout. I set up a quarantine tank with some live rock and treated my fish with Cumpramine. To this day, I still have that rock in a zip-lock bag. I would like to use it in my new 75 as more places to put my corals. Would it be safe just to put back in there without killing my inverts or corals? Should I soak it in bleach?

I would not recommend it. Copper may be in the rock and even though it may not harm fish, copper will kill inverts.

Go with a 2nd opinion. I may be wrong but that's the way I learned it.
