I have a Radion pro I am going to need a second light. The only thing I can find now are gen3 radions. I really don't want to spend $250 on the upgrade to G3 bulbs. Do you think the visual diffrence between a Radion pro and a regular G3 would be that noticeable or is the adjustment enough to where I could evenly match them?

Yes. The new gen have a bluish pink hue vs gen 1 pro under same setting ( 12k, 14k, etc) how noticeable is relative. I have a few gen 3 pro I'm not using is you wanna bring them to my area to test the difference
