re-doing rock

so i have a few damsels i would like to get out of my 125 fowlr, my thought is to just go ahead and re-do the rocks since i would have to take them all out to catch them.i was wondering if stiring up the sand while taking out the 150-200lbs of rock is that to much stress on the fish, if so i'll just deal with the damsels. fish i have is a harlequin tusk, huma huma triger, very small clown trigger, Tomini Tang, lionfish. i would not take the fish out, at least thats the plan. thanks in advance

Just do it slow. When pulling the rock out that sit on the sand just lift them slowly. If you need help aquascaping is a specialty of mine.
