recirc question

So I have an Octopus NW150 and I want to recirc it. Whats the best way to drill the acrylic so it doesnt shatter or chip, and what pump would you guys recommend me throwing on there? I'll be doing this when I move...or an upcoming weekend (most likely option 2) so it can be ready for the new tank...75g with 30g sump both BB!!!! Going back to my old ways. Anywho, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Whenever I have to drill acrylic, I always put the blue masking tape on both sides if possible. The tape will help to keep it from chipping. Also, make sure to use the least amount of pressure when drilling. Let the bit do most of the work.

ooooooooooo I would use NO drill bit at all.

Use a hole saw!

Lee I used 2 holes saw bits to recirc. my Euro reef. they cost like 25 ish dollars each. I still have the one for the feed line. It is for a 3/4" Uniseal. You are welcome to it if u need it.
