Red Algae Identification - Is this Cyano

I added 2 more HK's and lights out and it got even worse. I've used Chemi-clean in the past but wanted to try not to use it this time. But I admit it, I broke.

I'm not using Chemi-clean though. I dosed Ultra life Red Slime remover this morning. It doesn't contain any antibiotic like Chemi-clean and your supposed to run the skimmer and carbon during the treatment. So far (4 hours) The skimmer isn't acting up like it did with Chemi-clean and the cyano has already started to turn brown and loosen up. I'll keep you posted on how it works if your interested. Here's the link to the stuff:

The Chemi Clean box says it contains no erythromycin succinate, but e-mycin is not the only ABX on the block. Does it state anywhere what the active ingredient is, or does everyone just assume it is an antibioitc? Would make sense if it was. I used antibiotics to get rid of green and white algae blooms in my FW planted tanks for years. Worked like a charm. In that case you really didn't have to worry about destroying the biological filter of the tank because the plants were the biofilter of the tank.
