Red Sea tester help??

Got my test nitrate pro in. I'm a little confused over the results. The wheel goes to 4ppm. My test came just a little darker than 4. With that said I'm quite sure if the color is to the darker side of the testing parameters my nitrates are higher that 5ppm.

It came with no amplifying instructions. The pictograms are supposed to be idiot proof. Can someone tell me if I'm supposed to be doing some multiplication or something. I do not believe my nitrate is at 4-5 ppm. With that said my new Hanna gave me 0 twice on PO4.
