Reef safe glue for plastic glass

I am trying to mount a power head inside my tank (max-jet 1200)
I am glueing a piece of plastic glass to a piece of pvc pipe
then I will tie wrap the power head to the pipe

it is an Acrylic tank

So am looking for a safe glue to hold the pvc to the plastic glass

Ive used 5 minute epoxy or corals...no concern, sets quick and clear...its a 2 part
