Reef safe magnets?

I recently had some neodymium magnets rust in my tank for god knows how long. Want to make the frag rack usable again. Is there a way to coat them with something or should i get different magnets?

I diy-ed some for some suction cup power heads i converted to magnets, painted with clear acrylic then coated them in epoxy. Tony's magnets may be strong enjoy with a thin layer on the glass side of the glass isn't too thick.

Epoxy would probably be my first choice, but plastidip or flex seal could do the trick, too.
