Refilling CO2

Hi, I was wondering where can I go to refill my co2 cylinder? I've asked some welding supplies places, but they'll only swap it. The tank doesn't belong to me so I can't swap it. I live in 30297.

Try a local welding company. They seem to have some of the best prices for refills on CO2

Does anyone know if they sell replacement gauges as well? I think one of mine is bad.
