Refugium advice

I just ordered a small HOB refugium for my 28 JBJ Nano.

I was wondering what setup would be best.

What Macro should I use, Cheato? And what substrate, LR Rubble or something else?

Any success stories out there?

most people run a deep sand bed and chaeto. the depth of the sand will be determined by design of the fuge you bought, but ive been thinking about doing the same for my 29g biocube
