refugium lighting question

How much lighting is needed to grow chaeto? I bought this super intensely bright led and was wondering if that would work. The led is for closets and things like that.

I just use a hey 6500k cfl bulb at 23 watts in a 5 dollar clamp on reflector. Grows cheato like kudzu

Not sure which LED you are referring to but, I have a simple clamp light from lowe's with a screw in 13w CFL bulb works for me.

How many watts is the fixture ?? Color par??

I run a par 30 bulb from hd around 5500k spectrum and get great growth

Im gonna take it back and go the other route. Should have red that it has an auto shut off after 30 mins. dooh
