Refugium lighting

I've been using an emperor 400 for a make shift refugium/small water expansion/etc...and I was curious as to what lighting would I need to add in order to throw some cheato in it? I was thinking about adding a small florescent fixture from walmart, but it would not have a broad spectrum, I could also just add a blacklight...lol.

any simple/cheap ideas?

I think most people use those screw in PC bulbs from home depot. I think there's a link for it on Melev's site. I'm pretty sure that's what we use.

if you're using a hob filter, then you should be getting spill over light from your dt...you shouldn't need a light, unless you're trying to put it on a reverse schedule? But then you'd need to block that light from the dt!
