What do you think is more eff at removing nutrients a ref full of live rock or full of a macro alg.. I only have 10 gallons to work with so i dont know if i can do both

macro I feel removes more, but I run both rubble and cheato..

Well, if u have live rock in your tank, magro like cheato should really help. U can also get a two little fishes reactor and hang it on fuge and put gfo in it.

I had a 5 gallon fuge and a 10 gallon fuge all of them have had sand rock and macro.
