Regular bristleworm?

Saw this guy for the first time today. Is it something I should be worried about?

I think they are normal, though in my experience the blue ones got a bit bigger than ther pink ones.

I may be wrong but I always thought they were the same... They just look more opaque as they get bigger and appear more blue.

Anyways, imo they are harmless and good for tanks in general.

Thanks guys. It was about 4 inches so I made sure to not let the wife see it or she’ll never put her hand back in the tank whenever I need help lol
