I have been inspired :up: to rearrange my LR in the 120 to something more minimalist which entails removing perhaps 1/3 of it. I think I have around 100 lbs of LR. Right now it looks like a leaning tower wall of rock and I want to create two "islands" with maybe a bridge so that the fish can swim around everything.
I will try to stuff my sump with LR as much as possible. By removing LR, could this cause my tank to crash? That would NOT be good.
I think that maybe having lots of LR has contributed to the stability of the tank.
