I have the old bluebox MP10, which looks like this one. It's so loud now I can hear it in the other room or even upstairs from the tank. While the pulses are rhythmic, I don't want to hear it. I read this thread on reefcentral where someone replaced the bearings successfully and it made a dramatic difference.

My MP10 looks different from his however, and i'm wondering if the bearings are the same. Does anyone know if the bearings were different across mp10 versions?
