I'm not sure how many others are having similar issues over the past couple days regarding the website loading. But here's what i've noticed.

The website fails to load. This happens mostly when accessing via Safari on an iPhone. This issue is not resolved whether using WiFi or cellular network.
I get similar errors on a PC, when using Chrome. No other PC browsers were tested.
Other websites load correctly at the times of the issue. And the issue persists for me for most of the day, only randomly allowing me access the site (whether via Safari or Chrome).

At this moment, I am able to access it on Chrome but not on the phone (safari).

I’ve been having issues as well on my iPhone. I checked my phone for updates and all is well. Then I tried other sites and they worked so it’s certainly an issue with this site. ‍♂️ Just fails to load at all sometimes

Me too. Since Friday at work, I have only been able to access the site using Chrome (not FF or IE). Since Sunday, my Android phone hasn't been able to pull the site up (tried multiple browsers).

I'll make a post about it for everyone but basically our DNS service is having issues(?). I don't know exactly what that means but it's not something that ARC admin's can fix. Everything's fine on our end and the DNS service is aware and working on the problem. It's not limited to our humble website.

They said they provided a fix and it may take a little while to update across the net,

Basically when people type in arc’s website in the browser, the browser needs to translate the domain name to the associated IP address. When you type in google in the browser, your ISP asks the DNS what google.com is. The google dns is 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. So maybe the name resolution did not get resolved and that’s why the pages won’t load

Fwiw-
I could access the site using my iPhone, only while connected to my home WiFi, & that was consistent.

As for via PC, ARC access always worked from my home WiFi & my default browser is Chrome.
