Return Manifold

Any suggestions? I'd like to have multiple ( currently 2 ) pumps returning to my bulkhead. I originally created a pvc tee but the more powerful pump seems to starve out the smaller.

My original thought was a 1" downspout into the top of a 3-4" x 2' pvc pipe with endcaps. One problem here is how to get valves connected in the side of a round pvc pipe.

Unless both pumps are pulling from a reservoir, I think one will always cavitate. It would be difficult at best to get it all tuned properly and stay that way.

Bummer. Hate to have extra water flow just circulating in my sump.

Why would you have it circulate in the sump?

It's a separate pump I'm running through my uv light. I just wanted to return directly to the tank and only have one return.
