Return pump advice

I am using a reeflo barracuda for the closed loop on my 180, but I need advice picking out a return from the sump/fuge that will be ran externally. Something slow, efficient and quiet. Any advice appreciated.

Has to be quiet. Was looking into little giant, but they seem to be either hit or miss, or people don't clean/maintain them properly and are claiming them loud. I want to be for sure. Have one on my 100g and ask anyone that has been over. Too quiet.

Any external will have some noise. A truly quiet pump would be a submersible Eheim. I have a Pan World (same as Blue Line) that works great. Sservice my 210. Rated at 1270 gph.

Thanks. No room to submerge a pump. Could do it externally though. I just don't want to add to the reeflo hum too much
