Return Pump?

I am trying to purchase a return pump for a 92g Cornet tank. I have narrowed it down to either the Eheim 1260 or 1262, leaning more towards the 1262. I will be using 2xTunze 6100's for powerheads.

Which Eheim would be a better fit for this type of setup?

Get the lower powered pump. Consider going lower flow from the sump (even less than those) because it allows more dwell time for your skimmer, if it's in the sump.

The Tunze's will provide enough circulation that the sump pump won't enter into the turnover equation.

Hi Mike,

The 1260 will be plenty for your setup as the flow will be provided by your Streams. No need to have water rushing through the sump. LMK if I can help with anything. Mike
