Made the trip this evening 110 miles + one way from middle Georgia. This was my 2nd time visit at RIT's place; all I can say is Outstanding Customer Service  . RIT, I will return again very soon. I just wish I didn't live that far away. If you haven't been to RIT's place; you need to make just one trip and you'll be convinced just like I am convinced. The store gets quit busy sometimes during the day, but RIT's customer service will show you why the traffic flows through his store. I'm not the only one whom believes in RIT's store.

+1 to everything said above. When I was first getting started a few months ago I was fortunate enough to have decided to stop by Rit's place and he took lots of time to help me out with the hundreds of questions I had--even offered to cut me a great deal to help me get started with my biocube. When I left I realized that he had even gone past closing time to help me out...GREAT service! And the prices are awesome too...

My son and I made the trip yesterday as well from Warner Robins (Perry). It is always well worth the drive to visit Rit. I have known him for years and have purchased from him with confidence.

BTW Rit, the Lineatus wrasse made his way home and is chilling and eating just fine! He was out and about everywhere first thing this morning with no fear of any other occupants. He had a little squabble with my C. rubriventralis, but that is too be expected and was ending as the day progressed. Thank you once again for an awesome fish and one my holy grails!

How about a bump for a good cause? Customer service that is second to none. I'll be making the long, long, journey very soon, RIT.

Picked up 200 snails and 50 hermit crabs from Rit last weekend. His store was packed with coral lovers.

Starting up a new 250gallon mixed reef - the inverts are cleaning up the green algae. Thanks Rit!

IMHO: You won't find a better place than RIT's place. As I stated before, customer service is Outstanding. On my visits, the store has been busy will fellow reefers. That alone tells me that RIT is doing something right. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. RIT will not sell you something that you do not need. All of your questions will be answered and you'll be happy you stopped at RIT's place. If you have not visited Atlanta Aquarium (RIT's store), you need to check it out. I believe that your experience related to your visit to RIT's place will have you going back again and again. I'm sold on the customer service. I'll be back very soon; even though, it's 100 + miles one way for me.

What's really impressive is that he remembers my brothers name and always asks about him. He's been out of the hobby for years!

I appreciate all the help lately as well Rit. See ya soon!
