Ok...got this error message on my RKL today. The probe is in water, it's connected properly. What does the error mean and how is it cleared? I can't find anything that addresses this issue in the manual.

I haven't. I got it used and when I put it on my tank, it read within .2 of a degree of what my digital thermometer indicated so I just left it alone. Tried shutting down the system and did a restart, that didn't change anything. Now I'm thinking about just wiping it completely clean (if I can figure out how) and re-programming it to suit my personal tank needs.

i have called DA with similar issues. they have always been very good at offering help on the phone.

Tried that. Didn't help. But what I did do was remove it from water while having it plugged in. Removed it for a couple of days and it began reading again. I don't think it's reading correctly though and don't really know how you go about calibrating for temp. I have a digital thermometer that I could set them exactly the same.
